Total Number of Ebook sales  (via clickbank) since Feb 2005:-

4 x $9.95 = $39.80
(I then raised the price)
22 x 19.95 = $438.90
Total = $478.70

Adsense Since Feb 2005 = $29.37

Traffic site gets around 570 uniques a month.

Advertising / Promotion Costs = $0
Hosting = $51 a year - already paid until 02/01/2008 (This account will allow you to run asp & asp.net as well as the more normal php & mysql)

I have in the last couple of days done some simple upgrades to the traffic site, including an overhaul of the frontpage, adding a Wordpress 2.1 blog, RSS feeds etc. There is also an Amazon ecommerce associate script that lists products related to the topic. Its a script from c3scripts.com. Purchaser would need to get a license if they want to continue using it although its more for a bit of content than to generate revenue. I have also consolidated both sites on a 2 domain hosting deal with its own control panel etc so its a nice self contained project.

The  ebook site itself uses clickbank as the payment processor and collects emails etc using an autoresponder. Purchaser would need to make arrangements to use their own clickbank / autoresponder if they want to continue to use Clickbank or it would be relatively easy to use paypal these days.

There are two Ebooks in PDF. The main one I sell and a bonus ebook. You could probably swap them around or even sell them as seperate products.

My feeling are that to the right people this is a nice site to “flip” or to break up and use the content as some bonus products for another info product. In fact this topic is probably one of the best there is to lend itself to a instructional DVD/s, and the Ebooks would be a great bonus. If you know what you are doing then this is a “slam dunk”, give it a bit of TLC and just turn it around and sell it on.

I wont insult your intelligence by saying my granny has died and I need the cash to bury her etc, etc . Basically I am totally involved with marketing other peoples products and in serveral co-registration campaigns at the present time. I dont have the time or the inclination to do something with this and its just sitting there doing nothing, it has plenty of intrinsic worth if somebody just spends a week or so on it. Flip and sell!
